There is one quest that I can't seem to get to work. How do I get the jailer to release the prisoner Halga open legs? When I approach him the only thing that is available to click on is “visit the prisoner”. I visit the prisoner but she has nothing to say and I can’t pay the jailer to release her because I haven’t that option. Help!!
