Question, I have 2 computers set up for LAN games. We are able to play the conquerors with no problems. However when we tried to play FE this happened:

The 1st computer cannot locate any LAN games hosted by the 2nd computer.
The 2nd computer can locate LAN games hosted by the 1st computer, but when it joins it cannot make it to the lobby. It will try to connect for longer than 15 seconds, then the colors on the screen become inverted. After another 15 seconds it returns to the menu.

I have the gold edition of AOE2, and the same CD is installed on both computers. I also have no other mods and I do not have any of the 3rd party software to play Online matchs. Is any one of these the reasons why FE is unable to work on LAN? Thanks for any help.

I 2nd this. A played a match, and the AI literaly sent an army of at least 30 monks, no other units. I couldent send my army out my gate, and their monks were camping the gate trying to get in. It was kinda funny, but I had to make a army of Hussars just so they wouldent get converted haha.

I love the Italian Rome in the 2.0 last mission Visigoth campaign. All the extra buildings like the colosseum really make all the much awesomer. I can tell alot of hard work was put into making the 2.0 campaign.

Im asumming from the mini-map this is not that mission, but its still incredible.

I know this picture is Castle Age, but I love the Slav's Fedual age buildings. Overall, all Slav ages are incredibly good looking.
