Mod Manager won't launch, gives a error code when attempted from the desktop shortcut. Any ideas?

Everytime I launch the Mod Manager it gives me an error. I've double checked everything and done it all a 2nd time and it still doesnt work. I launched Soulstorm just to see if it works for some reason, and the loading screen is right, and in the game manager it shows the options for Soulstorm, Chaos Daemons and UA but it wont launch.. If someone could help me out with the Mod Manager that would be fantastic, if not don't sweat it.
