It's looking pretty good now. So have you got all the condition colours working then?

Loner sent me the retextured icons, so I can get the condition colours and icons all sorted out properly now. The bleeding and radiation icons will need script tweaks because the original transitions aren't entirely accurate. I was splitting them into quarters - you'd get a green flashing icon at 1-25%, yellow at 26-50%, orange at 51-75%, and red 76% and above, but the standard HUD icons seem to change colour at different values. I'm trying out different values to see if I can match them closely. Health, stamina and psi-health will remain divided into quarters.

Thats looking really good. One thing though, the bars for the condition of the gun, its accuracy etc, any change of using thicker bars rather than lots of thin bars? it'll fit way better with the rest of the UI IMO.
