I’m not sure, but the usual game sounds are present.

You use can use DOSBOX with the game if you're on a Mac.
It's missing ambient sound #9102 and unfortunately won't work in DosBox.
Great Game! Can be played with vanilla game. Type in Dosbox blood -ini ira.ini and the game will then start.
Great game! Yay! I can use DosBox to play it!
Works well with DosBox version 074-3. Great game! High praise to this game's creator! Once you have the C: prompt in DosBox, you can startup the game by typing dw.bat and the game will start up. After playing the game awhile, if the game suddenly goes out due to memory issues, don't panic. Just type again at the c: prompt dw.bat and the game will startup again. Then wait about 10 seconds before clicking any key to continue so that you're less likely to get a "Missing FM Chip" dialogue. If you get a "missing FM chip" dialogue, just start the process again.
Great game. Gameplay is great using DOSBox on my 64 bit Mac until the skull key room. After leaving the skull room with the goodies, things will then freeze up and the game conks out.
I like this version 1.6.11. I like how the all of the Death Wish games so far can play well with the original DOS version of Blood.
This game will work with Blood One Unit Whole Blood version 1.21 via DOSbox 074 in Mac Catalina and possibly other 64 bit operating systems. The game may quit at times due to a lack of memory, but don’t panic. In DOSbox just type in "dw.bat" to restart the game. If the game won’t start and you see “can’t find fm chip", just restart the game again with "dw.bat" and wait two seconds before hitting any key, and the game should start up well.

I have a Mac Mini 64 bit computer. Using DOSbox 074, I can get to the menu by entering "blood -ini FRENCHM2.ini" but can't play the games because they won't initiate. The FRENCHM2.bat file doesn't work. I'm using DOSbox 074 with Blood: Whole Unit Of Blood version 1.21. Macs can't seem to use the PC gaming software like BloodGDX or NBlood, etc.
I could play the original French Meat game from 2012 without any problems.
Is there a Mac 64 bit equivalent to the software you recommended? Your games are awesome! 😊👍
I like how version 1.6 has a better ratio of ammo to enemies and being more fair in terms of game play.

The game may quit at times due to a lack of memory, but don’t panic. In DOSbox just type in "blood -ini fo.ini" to restart the game. If the game won’t start and you see “can’t find fm chip", just restart the game again with "blood -ini fo.ini" and wait two seconds before hitting any key, and the game should start up well.
I'm using Whole Blood Unit version 1.21 and DOSBox for my 64 bit mac mini. In the 2nd level the game will freeze up after awhile. Good effort though.
Thanks for the tip. Yeah, that one prison area was confusing with access to the last cell being confusing. Glad you adjusted things. 64 bit Macs don't seem to have good game emulators right now since their recent switch from a 32 bit operating system. Thanks, I'll check out the duke4 link to see if I can get a 64 bit emulator for my Mac mini to play your Blood game. Keep up the great work! :-)
This works well with Blood: One Unit Whole Blood version 1.21. Fun game!
Beautifully unfair on Well Done and Extra Crispy levels! 😊👍
On Fleshed Out 1.5 fo1m6 Aviation map I had to cheat to get the fire key in the Aviation prison. The secret panel red hands didn’t work in the next cell over to open things. I also couldn’t blow up the cell door to open it to get the fire key like the other prison cell doors.

Thanks for your reply. Oops, I meant to ask if it would work with One Unit Whole Blood version 1.21. I’m kinda new to Blood game mods. So what you’re saying is the game can’t be started with DOSbox?
I couldn't find a .bat file to run this version of Bloody Pulp Fiction with Blood Version 1.21, so I typed this in DOSbox to get it running:
blood -ini BPF.INI
Hope this helps folks. :-)
I managed to start up this game via DOSbox and was only able to see the narration pictures, but then the game conked out stating:
"src\asound.cpp(203): Missing sound #8066 used in ambient sound generator 110"
I started up the game by typing this in DOSbox:
blood -ini GORE.INI
I'm using One Unit: Whole Blood v 1.21. Is it compatible with this DOS game version?
I can't install this game either. It says a BARFC.EXE file is missing. Any fixes I can do to make it start up via DOSBOX? Is it Fresh Supply compatible?
