Man, it has only been 3 years, almost 4, since I started working on BrainBread 2 as the Project Leader. And now, its almost released. Time goes by pretty quick.
For the past 3 years, I have learned a lot, mostly with leading a project. And it's not an easy job, but I'm happy we have stayed strong, and true to the original. The first few versions, well, they were a huge mess. And jumping back & fourth with source engine branches, that was a wild ride. I'm safe to say we won't switch to any source engine branch soon, or well, ever in that matter.
But I'm mostly happy that the fans liked what they saw in Closed Beta, after 3 years of work, it payed off. And in my opinion, the current version is better than the Closed Alpha version, and almost everything from the alpha was either cut, improved or completely removed. We can't wait until BrainBread 2 officially launches, so everyone can enjoy some Bread and Brain once again.
