About 2 hours, maybe 3
This red-roof structure on the map is the primary building of the our head University where I work. I moved this model into the game from the Google Maps :)

so the actual place is in russia?

:) Not a place, just a building.
Though, some places in Russia a really became a ruins during Putin rule, but not such a 1.5M City like Yekaterinburg.
