To be honest, this is the mod I've ever installed for my GTA Vice City.
All the great graphics and alike animations really does make me feel like I'm time travelling....
It has complex codes and unique features that I think other mods don't have. The downside is, we have to wait A LONNGGG time for other versions to be released. But I tell you what, it is worth it.
