Imo afaik all DLC levels from 4 to 10 have now been taken up; for levels 0 to 3, TB needs to be contacted to allocate DLC constructs to interested volunteers.

Further to the above post I should add that Stalkersoup based on NS consists of several mods, and incoporates areas from SSOC, CS & SCOP. Modified by TecnoBacon under licence by GSC. Stalkersoup though using the SSOC game engine does not use any of the Stalker Games discs to play.

Stalkersoup may be based on SSOC and use the same 32 bit game engine but it is a standalone mod and incorporates locations from all 3 S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games, plus new materials under the guidance and development of TecnoBacon, aided by several players. It is still evolving. It does not need a disk to work. If you wish to play it go to www.tecnobacon.com,, and also see www.stalkersoup.forumotion.com as it needs careful set up according to guidelines by Sword2012. It is very enjoyable and has 53 areas.

If you haven't solved this by now, you need to drop it physically behind you. As per the 2010 guide.

Hi Aleks,
You may know that the StalkerSoup Forum has vanished from Steam, I suggest whilst, TBand I have written to Steam, until at least the situation is clear, it makes total sense for comments here.
Regarding the files you generously sent me, could these be available for download via DBMod, please?
Including 110013 when available please?
If not could you please make it available to me as before when ready. I contacted you here as I am not sure of your email address. Best wishes, TrueB.

It is worth looking at Grimwald's most recent videos for they cover Fly.

Hi Sword,
As you will perhaps know, the Forum on Steam has disappeared. Though both I and TB have written to them, as StalkerSoup is a standalone, and is downloaded from moddb.com the only connection is the existence originally based on SSOC but no longer. Perhaps here at ModDB is a more appropriate place to exchange comments. What do you feel? Regards, TrueB
Ps my full username here is TrueB

I opine Steam Forum for Stalkersoup is not currently available. As ModDB is where the game is downloaded from perhaps comments can be made to stay in touch for the moment until it is clearer what has happened

Oh well Doggies, I think I will return later then. I tested from version 34 through to 110000 if that's all the knows and then to the new 110008 when I decided to have a break. I am of the opinion now that the best testers are the dialogue group for anything that remaining from their Herculean successful task, and someone who can resolve coding etc reasons for remaining glitches. There is only so much play testing one can do.Hopefully, the latter volunteers will be able to update DB mod and TB's fundraiser eg if everyone who plays sent $5 to his merchandise address, he could hopefully finally get 64bit and a server capable of handling the sort of traffic the live version of StalkerSoup will need. The question is as with all fundraisers how many will contribute?

This happens to me, it is annoying but there is a work around to access saves. Press control alt del and the screen gets worse, then control alt del again and it takes me to the save screen. When going through transition points to next areas, waiting for the game to name where you are, about 14 seconds, and ditto with jobs given and tasks achieved helps prevent CTDs. I play at the next screen size to top on 8 core at 4ghz and once past the first glitches the game has been smooth using windows 7 and the game on its own on an internal 240gb SSD

Have you tried simply going down the manhole and entering strelok's hideout regardless, when I did this, and then once I got past to the exit by the army camp at the other end, the game save awarded me with the task completion.

It started as a series of mods attached to NS don't know spelling but it depended on the SSOC vanilla game being loaded. Then it became a standalone but needed to be assembled, now it assembles after download as an .exe, a bit like SGM2.2

Currently players should go direct to www.TecnoBacon.com possibly www.TecnoBacon.com and click on the Dropbox, as StalkerSoup is now a Standalone game and is at 110006 no longer in beta as it has been released and is still receiving updates.
It is currently awaiting an update which it is hoped to include an all-in-one-installer plus dealing with issues a lively forum asks TecnoBacon aka TB to resolve/include but for anyone wishing to play now, the Dropbox contains instructions on how to assemble the parts. Saves prior 110000 no longer work, and only the version in TB's Dropbox works.
It is a super game imo and covers 53 areas at present & currently has 2 levels 0 & 1. The game though based on the engine from Shad own of Chernobyl , also has areas from Call of Pripyat & Clear Sky plus several new areas.
Well worth a visit imo, and I hope you enjoy the experience.
