This is a minor detail, but steep parallax mapping doesn't work. Everything about this game looks fantastic, but the parallax mapping I'm seeing is totally 2007-S.T.A.L.K.E.R. It's not up to par with what we saw in CS or CoP, and it's far, far worse looking than the now years-old sky4ce's implementation for SHoC.
How hard would it be to code-monkey sky4ce's implementation into LA?
