Just a suggestion here: how about you arm the Hawkeye subfaction with some sort of multirole fighter and/or an air superiority fighter superior to the Apollo(like say... the F-22 or something like it)?

Nope. Mods are mutually exclusive. But you could attempt to merge them with some sort of mod builder program if you really want to.
