Installed it and was nothing but a big pinkish purple screen with sound. What is wrong with it?

Just became a member. Not really sure where to look to find it though.

Mod is looking great and my controlled faction works perfect. The problem I have is that the AI controlled armies just sit and do nothing, no building at all. What can fix this?

I am having a problem with the BETA 2 mod. It loads and starts up just fine but the computer controlled forces do nothing. They just sit there and wait for me to kill them. No buildings no units produced, nothing. Where is the AI to fight me?
