Its called NTCore. It is a modified Soulstorm.exe that allows for 4 gb of ram instead of 2. You can also get the same effect by using other prpgrams its just that the NTCore one is already set for you to overwrite the one in your soulstorm directory. Only people with NTCore will be able to see your games and vice versa
