There are no packs, it's just one file that contains all the mod

If you downloaded the mod from moddb you just have to unzip and put it in your mods directory just like you did. It should work if you play with FAF

Hello, I am aware there are issues with the Steam version of the game. Actually I developped everything with my version which is FAF so I will release soon another version that fixes Steam issues.

Hello, can you make sure the file "mod_info.lua" is located in "Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\mods\MCP\mod_info.lua" ?

Also are you using FAF ? I'm not sure if the mod works fine with the vanilla game.
