i know where to buy the flying dutch but what is the name of ship i can buy all ships and look wich one is the flying dutchman but that is hard with money

dude why the flying dutchman dont work i have normal blackpearl that one works but there is another problem i cant go to shipyard and repair my ship or do guns on my ship PLS SOME1 HELP ME WHY I CANT DO THAT my ship is on low hp and i need to do missions but i cant buy or repair ships pls some1 help me
