how much RAM do you have?
Floris Expanded Mod Pack is quie heavy, it takes 4GB RAM, try lowering your graphical settings and turning "load textures on demand" on

it's because I haven't implemented ships or seatravell yet, that's the bridge terrain, you can walk over it.
but the sea traders can go over it too, so it isn't a problem

download here seems to be FULL download FIMP v0.4, no need to download FEMP, I wasn't the one who uploaded it so I can't tell exactly.
about the black screen, I've already fixed it in FIMP v0.6 (dunno how)

if you have < 3GB maybe it's too resource extensive for your computer, next version will be lighter.

you should download FEMP 2.41a and install FIMP on a FEMP copy

-Known Bugs for v0.4:
--Sometimes your party gets very slow, right click on it and select normal speed. If that doesn't work, it is because it isn't a bug, your party is tired and you should camp for a while.
--While playing musics, you might not be redirected to choose_music menu automaticly(harmless), or don't get any income(rare bug).
--When appointing troops as companions, they don't get the equiped items.

check if you have Warband, Floris Improved and Warband Script Enhancer(WSE) fully updated. also check if you are runing using WSEloader.exe
