I think your animations need more work the bolt animations feels all wrong and you should put more than one hand on the pistol

Those animations need some work they would look better if it just went off screen to reload unless you can refine the ones already in place

Accually no bullets do make noise if you have a suppressed weapon with sonic ammo thats where most of the sound comes from the bullet hitting sonic and making a sound boom but to avoid that you use sub-sonic ammo so it does not make a sonic boom along with a suppressor then you have absolute silence
