4th Update. Fixed a collision issue with a trash pile mesh on the floor that was causing clipping. Fixed two wall meshes from accepting a lighting channel that they shouldn't have been. Lowered the cool down time on the electricity activation button by 1 minute.

I wish Gears UE lasted longer. At least if it had cross-play it could still be played. There's no editor, no cross-play, no bots, so now it's basically dead. Why'd they put the work in to even make it? They want everyone on Gears 4 paying for micro-transactions. Buying polka-dotted pink and orange lancers that make the game's weapons look like something you'd find as a toy in a cereal box. That, and shooting robots that look like Go-Bots is not what I think of when I think of GOW. I think of what you see in the original.

So, the lights are flickering for me today when they weren't yesterday. I'll mess with it when I have time and upload it again. It was my first attempt at map building years ago. I know it's small and has it's flaws, but I hope someone's enjoying it anyway lol.
I originally had it that way but it looked too bright when I tried it. Maybe my monitor settings are messed up. I wanted the map to feel cold, so I remember thinking the water might help that. I also have water on the floors. It was supposed to look like some of the pipes are leaking so I had just changed my mindset to water all around I guess. Definitely thought about immulsion though
Gotcha. My settings are all on default. I noticed that things look different depending on the monitor and its settings as well. I actually was creating an SP version of this map which is why I left that room empty. In case I release it one day( if I get time to finish it) I don't want to spoil what takes place there. Not that there's really anyone to spoil it too anymore anyway lol. As for the guardians, I always look for frags to throw at them or a lancer to chainsaw them with, so I guess I didn't notice spawning them there made them more difficult. I always found them to be difficult anyway I guess.. But I hope it was fun to play regardless.
Things are good man. I'm extremely disappointed with having no editor for UE. And thanks for the high rating. In comparison to so many of the other great maps that are already out there, that's quite a compliment. I'll change the screenshot when I get home. Any suggestion on which room gives the best idea of what the map looks like?

There are path nodes set to make the AI move around, and anywhere you can go, they can too. Although, bots on Gears PC are well known for camping. I believe this is actually due to Gears being created as a take cover and shoot style game. The creators wanted it to be that way. The AI spawning points are scattered, so they are all around the map most of the time. As for the LGE(AI) version of this map, you can find the mod here:

They should be working. I had to load the Conservatory01, then Conservatory02 MP map files then load Conservatory_MP before copying the map and kismet. If not, things are missing. They work right?
Yes it is. The guardians wouldn't spawn in the old one. Can you upload MP_Conservatory.war to your dropbox for me? I broke my map when it auto-saved while in the editor. There's three of them. Two are very small.
Yeah I should've placed a new camera for the fail that doesn't have any spawn points in front of it. For some reason, after a failed match people will spawn while on the fail screen and you can see them fall from the sky sometimes lol. My bad. Using the same camera for all worked well in the past but a bad place this time.
Yeah, I saw that problem, and rebuilt the map and it worked fine after. I guess it still had a few places that were corrupted.
The map is big, so I recommend playing the custom game type and changing the game mode to 7 Vs 7.
Sorry, but I'm not that far along with the editor, and I'm not sure I'd have the time. Any already existing maps you want?
