Can you edit the hotkeys in the game or a Config.cfg?
I use ASDF = Back / Forward / Left / Right

Nobody plays Kingdoms Collide cause of the Master Bow.

It also allowed bunny-hopping/strafe jumping/duck-jumping/roll jumping, making players like me nearly unstoppable.

Combine the player physics with a sword, mana steal, and healing pretty much made certain players Gods/Goddesses.

I finally found games that pre-date the Elements of War sky camera system, where the camera rotates with the player, so, the player always looks at the top of the screen.

Brandish for the PC/SNES. There's only one issue, it plays like those old dungeon crawlers in First Person. Normally those games are turn based, but some are action based. Luckily Brandish took the action based route.

I get six months free, then $6 a month and I get ElementsofWar.OnMicrosoft.​com or something like that, lol...

Microsoft changed their website business. Instead of first year free, $15 a year every year after, it's now gonna be $6 a month and I have to go through MelbourneIT for the ElementsofWar.net domain name. Glancing at the MelbourneIT website, it's like $10/20 a month.

I've decided to let my current Microsoft/MelbourneIT contract expire, losing ElementsofWar.net

Masterbows Collide is the obvious answer as to why Kingdoms Collide was such a massive failure. A solution would be to let the servers decide the power of weapons and give a menu to clients to see what's up.

KC also had horrible movement, I don't think the devs know how to move or test it

I don't really know how much I'll actually do on the project though.

You can look at the code via any text editor, but you'll need a program to compile the code to actually use it. It's highly suggested to just download Visual Studio Express C++, as you can look at the code in colors and compile it.

If you don't own idTech4 games, you could try downloading demos and game modifications to see their files. Also, .pak4 is just a .zip, so, rename .pak4 to .zip and open it

As a modder, that's really insulting that they're taking a mod's name... Even in acronym form. At the end of the day, a trademark is a trademark. Gotta register it or make money off of it. Cutting Defense of the Ancients to DotA was a smart move.

Is there an option to change mouse speed?

It's just a Config.cfg mod, Valve doesn't bann users for using different hotkeys.

However, some servers will kick you for, "Command Overflow". That just means your hotkey executed too many commands, more commands than the server allows at one time. For example, the third person hotkeys execute a ton of variables, so, usually those hotkeys will give you a kick on those servers. But you cannot use third person in most games anyways, so, you won't be pressing them
