This is an excellent mod.
It is a worthy addition to the Complete series.
It is not buggy as some have said.
I have not crashed once.
You will need a beefy system to run it properly.
I'm playing with everything maxed - Textures @ 75% as per the readme.
Specs:
MSI 870A-G55 AM3
AMD Phenom ll X4 955 Black Edition 3.2 GHz
Corsair XMS3 16GB DDR3
XFX Radeon HD 6950 2GB DDR5

In the Wish Granter select Complete Clear and "tick" Disable Weather Change.
The only thing that will change then is the time of day.

But. I crash whenever I go to Pripyat.
First time was when I "climbed" the ladder.
And every time since when I use the guide.
An auto save is generated so after restarting game I use that and I'm there.
