Just wanted to say thank you for your work. I had some noob issues with instalation but solved that. Game is looking really good now with your mod. I can see a lot of work was poured into this and the game certainly deserves that! I have not played Deus Ex 1 for two decades, played it back in the days when it released. Playing it now as a adult, who can actually understand what is happening there (not a native speaker) gives the game another dimension of depth. Oh yeah... this is gonna be gooooood

Where are the instalation notes? How am I supposed to run it pls? Does it need v9, or just GOTY? Why there are multiple "system" folders in the instalation.... questions questions, and a lot of time trying to figure it out and failing. Pls help

Congrats on the release of Compilation V2 LiquidBronze! Its nice to see some ppl still work on this game after all those years, respect and thank you! V1 was the way to go for me, it was incredible compared to base release, next time its V2 :)

3 days? That sounds like u rushed thru? I can get lost in zone for months... Maybe try to play once again, and try to do more in the game. If you played base LA than for sure try LB's LADC 1.4007 Compilation - its incredible

Yup, whole stalker is like that. You must read what they tell you and do it :) Here it was quite simple, so Im not sure what could went wrong. There was a helicopter attack, which did not destroy the BTR. I spoke to the captain, he told me the copter did not destroy it and gave me RPG with 5 rockets and told me to do it. So theres not much to do than to equip the RPG and shoot the freaking rockets :D I tried shooting it at different parts etc, but it did not help.

Im not 100% sure as my install is quite old. I had the same idea as you so I went thru the files describing the BTR damage and reduced that to 1/100 and it did not help. I remember reading about this issue, so even if I installed the mod, I did quite certainly NOT install the BTR part, as Im aware of the potential problems it can cause. But yes, theres that small chance I effed it up

Anyway, Ive run around the BTR and run thru the whole NPP, skipped the talk with military (everything after that BTR was bugged, empty NPP, military did not respond) Ive typed the code from internet (because there was no way to get it in that bugged state) and Im inside the NPP now where it all works, because its new level.

He did not give me any tranciever but a RPG with 5 rockets and told me to destroy the BTR guarding the entrance gate. Rest of the stalkers are waiting there for me to destroy it so they can get in.

LB's LADC 1.4007 Compilation - I cant destroy that BTR at the entrance to the NPP... shot all 5 RPG shots and it does not destroy it. Ive tried various spots on the BTR...

Ive found the BTR files, reduced the dmg to 50 on all parts but I still cant destroy it?

I got to the big round huge room after intense massacres and Ive heard 100s of zombies, went in, and OMG... not sure I have enough ammo for that :D But I like it... nowadays, when there is some story in a game about deadly tunnels, its just a story but the reality is easy. Here, deadly means deadly. In all aspects.

Yes thats the spot, and I did as you said and it solved the issue, I just killed the 2 bloodsuckers and the 3 zombies and that was it. It was some fighting script which broke the game I guess. Glad its solved, thank you :) But that means I need to go thru tunnels alone... and I know whats in there... damn :D Hahaha

CRASH

I use the "LBs_Compilation LA"
When Im at the mission with Guide, and he is supposed to get me thru the tunels, the game crashes in the 2nd room, before we get to the tunels. Its most likely some script of Guide, which fires up and crashes the game to desktop without any explanation afterwards.

If I dont click the Guide at the start of the mission, so he stands still, I can get thru tunels but its hard to do it alone, and also Im not sure it will not break the game? CAN I GET THRU TUNELS ALONE?

Anyone had this problem and solved it? Its quite frustrating to troubleshoot alone from a scratch.

Also, I think GOD mode would help in this dire situation, but G_GOD ON does nothing? How to enable pls?

Just saw one new short document about Chernobyl. There are some shots of the zone which are very impressive, Id say its a must watch. The Antenas.. omg, that thing is INSANE in real life Youtube.com

rats did no dmg to me at I thought its ok, with rodents I have not noticed it, but I would say they should do dmg, so a possible bug?

My only slight issue with the game is that Sidorovich speech is too loud (I use Russian language pack) .. hes quite important character and 1st one you will speak to, and he is LOUD.. than there is a general feeling that the levels could have more content in them, in terms of quests.

BUT - thats not as big issues as it used to be and honestly, it feels more realistic than when there is a quest on every step. So its not a bad thing per se.. but as I near completion of the game (and I want this game to never stop since I got out of cordon) Id appreciate more quests, just so I can spend more time in the zone :D

Anyway, this is one of the VERY FEW games which I want to never end and go on and on and on. Usually ,especially with new games, I just get bored by how shallow the game is and I want it to end, or I just downright delete it in the middle. So what LA does to me, is very exceptional. Damn.. STALKER 2 will have extremely hard time to beat this jewel.

Yea Ive tried the DX11 and the tesselation works nicely on the NPCs and I think the mutants as well. After a very long gaming session with a lots of levels travelling and fast driving I think it had a memory leak and the game got stuck at 15 fps, but restart solved it fast.. Still, Id say DX11 is a way to go if you aim at best visuals, that one issue Ive noticed was not anything major.

Hi, long time no see :) It indeed does, Im still in awe... they polished this game to another level. I have the most badass screenshots from the game, havent played anything like that this year, how the Xray can produce such landscapes is just beyond me.

..and one more thing :)

After 2 days playing the Compilation I must say that this is the Lost Alpha I was waiting for since the 1st release 1.3000 in 2014. Yes, those 6 years flew by frighteningly fast... and a lot of things happened here at the mod page, and in real life as well.

I just must put my hat off for you guys, for me the game is flawless now, I can see so much polish and fine tuning at every place I look at, game runs really smooth, no crash so far, it looks INCREDIBLE, sounds incredible and the gameplay/immersion/atmosfear is just extraordinary! All the pieces of the puzzle finally clicked and this is the game we have been waiting for. Wow!

If I tried to explain every aspect of the experience Im having here, it would be a wall of text... so I will just sum it up like this:

Thank you guys, you just did it, the community work after 1.4007 DC really polished this gem to the experience of unique game. Whats more, contrary to the AAA games, this is a mature game for ppl with brains, it has its MYSTERY which is missing in games lately. The old X RAY is a beast of its own and taming it in a way you did is nothing less than a miracle.
