I do all the instructions and I have an error "Failed to load launcher DLL: The specified module not be found".. gameinfo are correct and I already run on admin

i try intall this mod and dindt worl so my question is need i install this Moddb.com and later 6.2?

this have any conflict if have darkplace mod? if not it just unzip to quake folder correct?
