Doesn't look like this have been mentioned (at all,) but here is a re-link of the User's Avatar Art at Media.moddb.com.
There are 2 initials at the bottom right corner, and using "TinEye", another avatar shows, but that doesn't bring anything useful.
Edit: The Nose and the Hands I didn't notice at all - the hands are none (despite looking like Vortigaunt would normally hold) and the nose is the 1 thing I didn't notice at all in the avatar at first.
Edit 2: Teeth too I didn't notice - but at a glimpse looks quite darkend.
hey hillionliat, did you hear? cringelordfromc17 has officially been banned from Moddb. the little jerk was spreading false information about one of the developers of Team Fortress Classic: Source (for clarification, the mod is not done by NOAHakaVOSEN), and that's where the moderators drew the line.
