I keep getting a fatal error when trying to install.
430000587\430000603\ZZ_4.dat doesn't exsist in my install, so I have no idea what is going on.

My Sins game now says version 1.85, is the current version still viable, or do you guys have to try and catch up again with this new update which i believe downloaded today.

@Imanasomerofl: I think what happenend is an update occured, which may mean the mod needs to be update once again. Im not certain, but could be the case

one: I have managed to play the mod before. and it was through the launcher
two: now i cant get the game running as any new version of the mod you guys only put through the launcher now, and i cant update with the launcher for some reason. I dont know why, but it has said it cant reach the server to update....
for the last two years.....

three: I have very rudimentary knowledge of computers, I cant really code, could not tell you what is happening for the life of me, all I know is that aparently, the launcher cant reach your servers... ever... from my computer....

I just tried a fresh download of the launcher in an attempt to get it to work, and nothing. Manual install doesnt work either, as i cant figure out WHERE to manual install the files as no where i have tried has worked aparently.

I had hoped this had been fixed, but maybe im such an isolated incedient it doesnt really matter. If thats the case, at least i had fun while i could.

Im no dev, but I have played this mod a lot, from way back when it was in sins entrenchment. The reason the covenant ship max lesser than the UNSC ship max is due to the fact that most individual covenant ships in early to mid game are more than a match for two or three equivalent ships in the unsc lineup, and for a reason, this mod is meant to match the lore pretty close. In the lore, the UNSC needed a three to one ship ratio to manage to win an engagement in space, and they lost on average two of those three, so yeah, the unsc needs a bigger fleet max in order to be competitive against the covenant. late game the UNSC, if they have survived and can keep a solid core fleet going, are really strong while the covenant have kind of flagged in strenght, but they are adding more to make the mod balance for the fun of all sides. what your asking would break the balance and their attempts to make the mod as close to the lore as possible

okay, so part of my problem could be this RAM fix thing I keep finding? The FOC part of Gold doesnt want to work right now, so that may be the issue. Where can I find a working link to the ram fix? The link for Awakining of the Rebellion mod (which i assume I used to make it work since that mod was working fine before) is dead.

Ill remove and redownload the game and see if the previous mod i had did more to the files than I thought. I tried to get the game to launch normally, but it crashed.

My Antivirus is set to let the launcher do what it wants, so it shouldnt be that, i have however reset the settings and given full acces again to be safe.

I was using the most uptodate version, or it should have been. ill download fresh and try it again with full permisions from the antivirus.

Leie_Sistal: yes i have tried it in Admin, and its still says it cant connect to server.

MaooerLocutus: If you guys are aware of it, then that is a relief. I really do love this mod.

Could part of the problem be that i have the steam version? Along with having another mod having been applied when i tried to get the mod on this computer? I ended up with a new computer, and got the gold version of the game running fine on it.

Sorry to bug you guys about this, but I cant get the lanucher to even install the mod, let alone update. all it does is try to launch the base game and then crashes. Im using the steam version, the Starwars Empire at War Gold edition, and I had the Awakening of the Rebellion mod installed before hand. I fiugre I had uninstalled all parts.

Your launcher dosent even install the mod when i launch it, and your FAQ just says to use the installer for almost every solution i could find that related. The installer just gives me the launcher, which is not working right. When I try updating the launcher and game, it just says it cant connect to server right now, and im connected to the internet.

Im on a Windows 8.1 computer, and im starting to loose hope on getting this mod working again.

okay, so im playing as the empire, and i built the corellian shipyard, but all of the corellian ships are greyed out, even when i have the money to build them.

any help?

so far i have LOVED this mod, and i wish that someone would be a saint and make a guide for the game in english for those of us who cant figure out anything of whats going on and how to trigger events.

what version of the game is this for? i cant get rimworld to load properly with it enabled.

hey, i seem to be having a problem with the launcher. when i hit the update button, it says that the server cannot be connected to at this time. any idea whats going on? i tried the manual install of the new lanucher, and nothing happened.

it does that thanks to forerunner engine tech taken from shield world onyx/treyvalen. most forerunner tech does not apply to the laws of physics known to humans. remember, they created the halos and the ark, so they pretty much did what ever they wanted regarding physics.

does this work on 1.52? i would love to get, but theres nothing that says it works on the later patches of rebellion.

so you reward the computer for stupidity in leaving a city almost defensles, yet when a human player its being attacked, you punish them, even if they had a fair garrison force? thats not real balanced, espectially if you actually improved they ai like you said.

i have much the same result. no matter who i go with, the video starts and then it goes right to desktop with the message, has run into unexpected error, closeing program now.
any help at all?

okay, so im going to sound stupid, but i have the gold edition of medieval 2 total war, and i cant figure out how to start the mod. the .exe worked and the files are there, but i cant make it load the mod, its just vanilla kingdoms.
any help?

ho lordy. I just looked at the images, and that looks completely epic. i can deal with the wait now.

hey guys, i would really love to get this mod, but i don't know what i have done wrong. how do i get to the control center on C&C 3 TW? i am a novice ad getting mods on games, and don't understand some tricks. i got the files, and used win.RAR to extract. i then made a mod folder in my steam files and the files i found in my docs. what have i done wrong?

um, i dont mean to rain on the parade here, but i have installed the mod, and it doesnt work. my steam version sins is at 1.055, and the mod i showing up on the mod page, but nothing is changed. i used the installer and everything. please help, massive fan of this mod and would be major shame for me not to play because of a stupid glitch or oversight on my part.

okay, figured out what i did wrong. forgot to enable the mod in the text file. so stupid

is there a download i missed, or do i just copy the files over?
