Just tried, cinematic intro is now super fluid (was laggy before too) but after choosing character it's still 10-20 fps capped, checked all video options, can't find anything. Well.

Yeah using ryzen 2600. Tried 1024x768 and it's still the same, like I am capped to 10fps ig. (and that was with opengl)

Do you know if it's related to eDuke?

Got a really powerful cfg but i get like 15 fps in game (200fps in menus) ; trying x64 launcher etc, still the same. Any idea?

Mod seems neat as **** but hey I play DOOM 4 1440P & everything max'd 60 80fps without problem. Here I got lag in some line of sights of maps (when, I believe, a lot of light sources are in line, framerate may get messed up by all the dynamic lightning?)

Any help with optimization? I can't find no way to stop that with GZDoom graphics settings.

rig: RX480 8gb ; ryzen 2600 ; 8go ddr4 ; msi X470 gamer ~ ; DSC is on SSD

tried: changing resolution from 720p to 4K : same result
lowered texture filtering etc : nothing
disabling some DSC's own options like cubic aberration etc : still the same
