There is a files tab under the wallpaper/title of the game click it then choose you file

there is a files tab under the title of the game on top press it choose your file then it will download

go to the files tab

That's why they say that it's work in progress

first download scp v1.2.4 then download the ntf mod
drag all of the files in the ntf mod into the scp file then you can play
