Right, filenames can't contain /s, so it wouldn't save it. I'll see about replacing those with some other character.

Unicode should work in the names, don't know why it's not loaded correctly but I'll look at it later.

Euclids are a pretty advanced kinetic-weaponry-based design for Researcher-type AIs.

I'm not sure how you designed your cruisers, but it's possible the AI simply out-teched you; being 3 tech levels behind makes all your ships *over four* times less effective, so keeping up in terms of research is vital.
