You could always use cheesy car related names such as Torque, Friction, ect.

A very straightforward feature, however, I think this will have a huge impact on the game play that the Darkest Hour mod offers. (In a good way, that is.)

When I first read the title, I kinda got the idea that this would be a really ambitious attempt to recreate the entire game in exact of the original inside Crysis, but telling from the video and the description, you seem to know what you're doing. I haven't touched Sandbox 2 in quite some time, but if you ever need a level designer, I'm here to help. :)

I can record with fraps, if that's fine enough. I have the registered version. Actually, I could also do the threading technique that Crysis offers, that way the video is a smooth 60 frame video.

I can't even comprehend how amazing this looks. I've seen different environments tested in Crysis but none have managed to capture a totally new feel as this one did.

Reminds me of Marble Blast Ultra, except maybe even better in some places! Certainly something I'll be playing for a while to get away from the shooters.
