It's really late reply and you've probably found it already but if not you need to select Floris mod in mod selection instead of native. If it doesn't appear there you've extracted it in wrong place (it needs to be in Modules folder)

I just played the submod and you should really fix starting place lol. Could you make Tbilisi, Yerevan and Baku cities instead of forts and village and if possible add more settlements for next patch.

And could you add some cities, villages and forts in Caucasus, there's just capitals of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan lol. Oh and Circassia is a region not a city, you should replace it with Sochi which is it's capital and you should make it little down to South near Tbilisi and Yerevan should be little down to South too, it's too close to Tbilisi :D Just take a good look at map of Caucasus.

Big error in this submod, Countries in Caucasus are independent, not part of Soviet Union. If you could make unique faction for Georgia this would be my favorite mod.

The Parabellum is good replacement for it.
