You could, if you really wanted to, load up one of the Half-Life 2 levels while playing Mentality. Can't guarantee that everything will work right though :)

Sounds like a steam content problem. Some of the data comes from Half Life 2: Ep 1 and Ep2, so you need to have those games installed to see all the bits and pieces, I think.
It's not electric strings, the wire trips them up and they get back up again :D
Thanks for the comment ;)
Hmm sounds like you're missing some content, particles and textures and things. It's probably Half Life 2: Episode 1 and 2 stuff.
This could be to do with not having Ep1 or Ep2 installed. It happens when there's assets missing.
Hmm, try doing an "ent_create weapon_wrench" or "give weapon_wrench" (you might need to pick it up with "e") and attacking a zombie?
It's a cool little weapon that demos general living ragdolls system I've been working on. Should be attached to quite a few things in later builds :D
cheers norton, I think you just figured out why I was getting weird crashes months ago! Didn't declare the my ragdoll to the engine properly...will fix that soon :D
Just to add to what Sam said, when our zombie trips it essentially becomes a 'living' ragdoll. That is the skeleton is physics-simulated but it will still take damage and will get back up again. Cheers! :D
How many polys are these hideous infected...oh wait
If you look closely, there's a second hand surfboard for sale for like $50...bargain! :P
