Congratulations for an awesome mod. I enjoyed it quite a lot!
I am currently playing with France and after having defeated both Germany and Italy by dec. 1941, my plan is to liberate Finland an East Poland from the USSR. The problem is that I'm not allowed to declare war on them. Is it easy to change that in your mod? I know nothing about mods, so I'm sorry if this is a dummy question :)
