I really don't like this kind of comment, we're actually doing our best to interest people, because there was almost nothing new in the project this year, we're only 4 working on the project "activly". It's very hard to get motivated, when you see comments like this, saying we don't care about the project and we just want votes for MOTY... We thought the MOTY was for us a chance to not be forgotten. Now I guess you'll say we should look for some people to help us, believe it or not, we already did this hundred of times, and almost nobody wants to join the project, because Source modding is almost dead. For the guys who were OK to join, well they just dissapeared somehow, one day they're full active, and the other, they're dead with no way to contact them. That's what happens generaly.
Well we are doing what we can to surprise and enjoy you but, as Eaglesg said, we also have our real lives, and time goes really fast, so fast that in one year, only some minor changes and some mapping has been made (Thanks to Frere d'arme). We're actually in a difficult part of the development, with the lack of people to help, we are thinking about what we could add to the gameplay without being able to code it or to make the models we need to be done. That's really awkward because pushing us this way while in difficulties of development, will lead to an unfinished mod. We are not paid for modding, we are not a big dev studio, don't forget every mod is made by amateurs, trying to entertain people with their work, that's what we are doing, the best way we can. Even if this year was not good, look at what we did before and think about what we'll have possibility to do after.
That's all I had to say, hope you understood it.

Green radioactive slime is really important in the Half Life environment, I guess it shows how Black Mesa is a dangerous and strange place :).
Maybe that's because of a recent Steam update because it worked nicely before. We'll check that out.

Nope, it would be useless to release the same demo again (a few things have changed but it's not that different).
It's just old dirty cars, I guess it's not very important to loose time again on this kind of models...
You know, it's not against the players if we didn't release it for now xD, we did not do it because it is not finished so it will be released when it will be finished, it will take the time it needs to be as best as it possible and make you love it. Developping a mod takes a lot of time, and even more when there's only 2 or 3 guys working on it.

The fists are mostly used at the very beginning of the game, it's not really a weapon, just a tool or something.
I don't think this is a waste to remake games like HL, people like to play in those old and crapy places like Black Mesa and see that it's more detailed than before and cooler than before. I like it.
Why would you play Black Mesa Source if it's released one day? First because HL graphics are just expired, you can't compare a game released today and one released in 1998, even if the story and the environment are the same. Then, we are working on this mod because we like working on it, we take our time of course but we like it. We are doing it for the fans, but also for us because this is enriching and interesting, even if it takes lot of time. So your choice to play it or not, but Wilson and HL are definitely NOT the same game.
We have no contact with BMS, all the models of the mod come from us or from CSS/HL2 as placeholders. There is no model from BMS or any other mod.
Play it a second time and take time to catch all the details, all particles are new (steam, explosions, aliens portals, muzzle flashes, ...). Thanks for the feedback btw !
I don't know how Frere d'arme did it but I know that this is just a few commands you tape in the console.

You won't need it anyway, this mod is based on SDK Base 2007 ;)
We'll do what we can to release it a soon a possible, but we had some problem with team members so we'd really like to find some guys to help us...

I don't really think that the same thing ^^. The demo is out since more that a year, the "problem" is that he's surprised to see that it is out. Everyone knows that the Bible exists...

This is definitely dynamic shadows (In fact, it's like the flashlight you have ingame), no lightmap is used for this, everything is calculated by the game itself which mean a very short compilation time.
We already have posted screenshots of the first chapter in another media release, not much things have been added since this time.
