Grammar?
Take a look at the readme. I think what you are trying to ask is either "will william be included in IFSCL?" or "when will william be in ifscl?"
Either way, you should be able to find the answers in the readme.

Immu, slight misspelling on the codelyoko.fr site.
Optimization: Mission 3 “Overcloacking” rename to “attack on the factory”.
I think this should be "overclocking".

Long story short, I think (s)he is trying to tell us that when Aelita is on lyoko at the start of the game, he tries to locate her and the locate program freezes.

That's the laser arrow reload code in the french version.
In the English version: it is lazer_a().

If you mean how to download the game, there are the newest downloads above the comments. Click on the newest one, and download a mirror. you will need to have Adobe Air installed.

Bug report!
Platform: Windows 8, 64x
Program version: IFSCL 2.4.2, English version.
In the newest mission, you can get to the time where you route energy to the tower, it asks for the universal tower ID.
I may just be unlucky, but I put in 28. This would mean the 8th tower of the forest sector. (sorry, i'm sure you already know that.)
On to the bug. when i did this, i followed the instructions, sent the energy to the tower, and then the instructions went to the "send bursts of power" phase. Nothing happened. I tried again and again, but the instructions never went on to the next directions, nor did i get any response from the superscann, or the energy window. there were no monsters around tower 8, forest sector, and i was unable to complete the mission. This is most likely my fault.
Thank-you for your time and consideration that you put into this project. While you seldom get anything out of it as the program is free, you sure are helping people like me!
