It looks to me like you font have the generator on. your outpost is not producing any power. You might have turned it off when you meant to turn it on. Just double check it to be safe. Then after it is on, Put stone in the processor like you did and get some people to work at it. Should work fine. It did for me.

The developer got rid of the walls since they needed a bit of fixing up. Just hang in there.
