I rate 8/10, the combat happen too constantly without giving you a break and you will also face overwhelming amount of enemies. Which suffer the same problem as Azure Sheep mod.
However, the atmosphere and the hopelessness when you watch you colleagues dies is quite well done. Not even Gordon Freeman was in this much deep ****.
