Let's be honest here. A single person would have finished a game like this in over 1 year.

The devs said they are hoping to finish this year. They do not post updates or anything on the moddb page anymore, they use discord and they communicate with people every singe day.

I think if they spent 10 minutes each week doing something for this mod it would have been out already.

Does the mod support any kind of anti-aliasing internally?

Will this have Japanese voices?

Yeah i can imagine, but something like an infinite sized map with a huge landscape and different areas, like a world, would be really cool, you would just have to use streaming :p

I was just thinking how interesting it would be if you could transition from one map environment into another by flying at certain directions, like a simulation of the large world similar to the cartoon where characters fly long distances to reach their next battle.

i don't think they have a set date, but i'm only basing this on how much they have progressed by now

As much as I appreciate Daltes work, i must say that he's overdoing it with the particle effects. The things that mostly bother me are the effects when the character punches another character while in melee animation, i think that effect could be a bit smaller. Next, the ton of grass and rock particles, as nice as they look, don't serve any purpose to gameplay and only oversaturate the screen with motion that draws away eye attention and worsens visual clarity. Basically, i want to advise Dalde to make his effects clean and easily readable instead of just adding a whole bunch of particles hoping it will sell it. And also the screen shaking is just a bit too much, like some people have already mentioned.

I get the feeling that you guys lost your inspiration to work on this mod. And i could understand that working on one thing for a long time can get boring. Maybe your team just needs some good old school memories of dbz and how cool it is. Well, at least that helps me get pumped up again when i watch your older videos, and i get inspired of this mod again. Or maybe you just need to pause the development of the mod completely and give it some brake time. You'd get interested in working on it later again ^^

I hope you guys have a "to do List" like valve. It should be inspiring to finish the game. :D

Its ok. Thats fine. Also, have you considered adding color correction to the game if its possible. Im sure it would make things a lot easier :P

Looks nice and pretty dence, but i think there is a problem with the character lighting. If its raining it should be darker because logically there are clouds, unless goku is using a powerup or is transformed to ssj, he shouldnt be glowing. Maybe you can do some lighting tweaks in the code ?
