game keeps crashing on start up

don't know if its just me but all of the banners are just white and the battle field is full of white textures.

I have this problem with the quest from varys and can't complete it

I like this mod a lot I just have 4 small problems with it.
My game will crash occasionally when trying to enter towns
The towns take forever to load
Factions not starting out at war when they should like the westerlands and riverlands and the Reach is not allied with the stormlands even though they should be
finally, all of the ships can have greyjoy sails even though they are not part of the Iron Islands
I do love this mod though once this is fixed I will adjust my rating from an 8 to a 10

I see the differences between this and the reckoning, however like with the reckoning mod the ground and part of the map are just white texture. Once this is fixed I will definitely like the mod.

I love the mod but why when I create my own kingdom are my troops automatically the vale.
I want to choose or at least can you make them crownlands
