Are you being sarcastic? I can't tell for sure over the internet, but if you're not, you should be aware that the Visual Novel + Dating Sim genres are extremely common together, and there's lots of games with both male and female protagonists.

For adult dating sims go check out jlist.com, mangagamer.com/AdultEntrance.php or asenheim.org.
The best free example is katawa-shoujo.com, although other examples might be found at renai.us, which also lets you sort by genre or gender.

For now, go to Software.opensuse.org and get it form there. Be aware that the installer often crashes while downloading, so it's in your best interest to locate the torrent (usually .local/share/data/SpicyHorse/akaneiro/game.torrent) it uses, and start that with another torrent program (save the downloaded data to .local/share/data/SpicyHorse/akaneiro/game_data)
