The Flame Longsword is held by Thoros of Myr, he can be in any tavern as all the companions

Same as before really. You can always ask to know more about her. One way to proclaim affection for her is to partake in a Tournament going on in the Town she is in at the time (can be any random one iirc). Another way is to have high renown AND Honor as well as being in the same faction her family is in.

I've played both this one and ACOK in their newest versions and imo AWOIAF 3.0 has much better stability and much less crashing and frame issues. Just keep in mind if you try to turn your battlesizer up to like 600+ you're going to have issues no matter what mod you play.

Technically no, however you can attempt courtship with the ladys of Lys as many of nobles of Lys are mixed Valeryian/Essosi blood. Similar with Volantis but more so Lys if my lore memory is serving me correctly.

As In were yo get a Valyrian Steel sword? Easiest way is in Qohor but it costs a ton of money. Another way is to defeat/kill/send to wall to get said Sword. I only know of a few personally like Heartsbane is used by Randall Tarlly, Jon Snow has Longclaw, Blackfyre = Dragonbitch/Aegon (depending if you choose TV/Book version). There's a few others but not sure who has them like Dark Sister, its in the files coded as a weapon but I don't think anyone has it.

Sounds like an error with you video drivers. Are they up to date? Also try reinstalling DirectX if that doesnt work.

Kill *OR* send them to the Wall, 2nd option only available if you are King of Westeros and control Kings Landing.

If you mean the part where it says to journey north of the wall. Head to the far North West of the map were it's a vast open and empty snowy area and wonder around looking for a small party of white walkers.

It's in old Valyria, the the island South East of Volantis.

Not all Valyrian weapons are held/used by someone, some are locked in chests in certain towns/castles. Obsidian weapons can be obtained as rewards from the Free Folk tournaments, but the Arrows can be purchased from their merchants. Only one flaming sword in the game and Thoros has it. I am unsure if it can kill the White Walkers.

I believe it's hardcoded that Rulers of a faction cannot actually have anyone related to them. You can program them and other npc's to say they have said ruler as family but in the Notes I don't think it's possible to actually show it. Someone correct me if i am wrong.

Put the DirectX back to 9 and reinstall the latest version of DirectX and see if that works.

When you install the mod are you placing them directly into the game directory and overwriting other files? If so that's NOT how to install Mount and Blade mods. You place the big folder with all the files into the "Module" folder. Uninstall/Reinstall Warband and then try it that way and see if it works then.
The file path should look like this \Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules\A World of Ice and Fire

Female models were updated with 3.0 release so no it's not a bug it's intentional.

Also this IS a Game of Thrones mod, you wouldn't want them watching the show now would you? :p

Are you downloading the Mod through Steam Workshop? I've noticed a lot of people have problems with DLing Warband mods from Steam. If so DL it straight from this site and place the mod manually.

is it a specific one that adds Inventory space? There are other ones that increase forage skill. Also if you have max points in Inventory Management (10), you wont get any more space by buying a pack mule.

As in the flame sword? No Berric does not have one, however Thoros of Myr has one you can take from him.

Go to your game library on steam and "right click" Mount and Blade Warband, click "properties", then "Local Files" tab then the first option which is "Browse Local Files". That is you Mount and blade warband Directory. Now right click on the 3.0 file you downloaded from this side and take the folder that says "A World of Ice and Fire" and place it inside the "Module" folder. after that launch the game and select the mod from the drop down menu.

As far as I've been able to tell, not much. Only really in Villages and the large Towns it seems to actually do something. When you look at a village or town it will show whatever religion is dominate there. It seems to affect villages more. Take the village of Wrathwood just north of Castle Wrath in Dragonstone and they favor Faith of Seven. If/When you decide to server Stannis the Mannis he will gift this village to you and if you are any other religion other than Faith of the seven they will begin to hate you no matter how much you help them. However you CAN convert them by building whatever religious build option there is with management options, Weirwood Tree/Temple of R'hllor, etc. Over time they will like you more and more and you can recruit larger amounts of peasants and if it's high enough like say 100, you can recruit even tier 2 or even rarely tier 3 or higher troops and larger amounts of said troops. The opposite is also true in that the more the village hates you, you wont even be able to recruit from the village. It works simillar with the large Towns and as far as I can tell Casltes do nothing with higher/lower relation in religion.

You need a program to un-zip the file like WinRaR or 7-Zip, and then place it in the "Module" folder in the M&B:WB directory.

Love the Mod Produno, I seem to crash less now with the optimizations after large battles which is always a plus from me. I've noticed something wrong with Chroyane though. Everytime I try to walk around there seems to be invisible walls blocking me as well as part of the grounds/lanscape seems to be missing as well as a bunch of floating objects. I know the city is supposed to be a destroyed ruin but I doubt that's how it's supposed the be in game. Keep up the awesome work!
