Both for Carthage and differed virt keys the fourth option is really good, but imo for differed virt the third one is better (shows less details which aren't needed in that feature anyway). For the original falling screen of the lyoko warriors - absolutly yes, it looks really nice and would make a great feature in the game! You could always make it switchable (just like automatic lyoko connection) if some people wouldn't like it anyway. :p

As far as I know, Unity isn't really hard-to-render engine, so I guess you could play the game on most of PCs of these times. No super machine needed. :P
