I know this a very late reply to all of you, but what exactly didn't work? :O

If literally nothing applied once you started the game then you probably need to add -dev to your launch parameters! I was a dingus and forgot to mention that in my original tutorial

I've had -dev on basically every time I've had DoW 2 installed and never had an issue like that. I'm not calling you a liar that just falls out of my area of knowledge!

I was looking at Eldar again, and yes. Brightlances deal between 600-1200 damage. With something like that being the average health of all units and vehicles and the fact that brightlances fire much more quickly than the base game make them unstoppable against anything.

This literally almost brought a tear to my eye when I loaded up skirmish... and saw the AI actually attack me! ACTUAL COMBAT. IN DOW 2 SKIRMISH.

I've had loads of fun with this and already spent a couple of hours playing it. I love the color scheme specific units and the extra range of units you can field. Biggest complaint though is the AI's tendency to spam their superheavy units and maybe the fragility of infantry. Like an army of 100 guys can be turned into meat incarnate in about 2.5 seconds of seeing combat. This goes double for Orks/IG.

Otherwise, this improves the games fun factor by 10000X. Love it!

Thanks I'll do that. I never thought it was the mod, and after an hour or two I posted that I realized I just recently did some updates on my computer that might have caused the problem. Thanks for the quick reply and best wishes.~

Re-reading this I feel really childish. I gotten used to the new gameplay style (The health bars really change a lot) I fell in love with this mod! I don't know what I did, but the gameplay improved a ton after a little while. The mod still needs some streamlining, and I've encountered a bug where collectors are the only people who use heroes(and when I switch off heroes Harbinger still haunts me) and other than that I have had so much fun with this. Here me out on this other players: Play Felucia as Alliance, with max number of players. It is ridiculously fun! One of the best mods for any game I've played!

Hey, I hate to pester, but could you guys tell me how to access the SOL in-game? I've tried different things, but I can't seem to find out how to build it. Thank you for time if you've read this, be it another fan or one of those who worked on this, and Merry Christmas. :)
