Arnhem MP to SP conversion test 1

Description
I was experimenting with MP to SP conversion, and for now it's a success.
As you can see, there is an allied soldier spawned in the map by editing the .bsp file.
What's interesting is that the mp_arnhem.bsp had an info_player_start located inside the file, possibly implicating that the map was also going to be a SP map.
