Read the other reviews. I just want to add:
WARNING: game contains very strong STEREO typing. It contains anything politically incorrect, in excess quantities.
And I dare you to play the game without killing. You won't be able to, you will go postal.
Do not play this if you have a weak stomach. A lot of mideval stuff gets described, and it made me sick. The horrorplots frictionalgames have in their games is always sickening.
So if you love that kind of horror, do install it. I am just to weak for this game. But I need to know, what will happen?
