So excited to play! Can't wait, bro!
Hey, fellow AMD CPU user here. Sadly I need to tell you, bud, but I found out recently that X-ray Engine, the engine used by STALKER games do not run well with AMD. That's the reason, if you want to try to get better and consistent FPS, get a program called Process Lasso and go from there. It sucks, but it helps, my friend. Cheers and have fun playing Stalker.
Hey, filthy peniless peasant here; is this mod usable with "alternatively" acquired versions of the game?
I'm excited for when this comes out!
It's made by Alex Andreev. Very good artist that I recommend.
All you need to download is the 1.4.22 patch. Most mods recommend this version as it's the most stable.
Ah, I love this mod so much and I'm quite happy to have caught this before it was too late! Here is the link to my character here Pastebin.com
Can't wait to see what the Resurgence thing will be on the list of features when it comes out!
Alright, seeing as how people are either too lazy or just don't give a ****, I might as well ask myself. Does anyone have any links to the unofficial patch? The only real response I've found so far is to, "look it up", but where, exactly? No one specifies a damn thing here. So, if I could get either a direct link or actual help, then I'd be most appreciative of that person.
Okay, I'd love to know, how do I unpack the .DB files of the gamedata in the file directory? Please, it's ******* bugging me to no end. I'd like to look at the gamedata files within. If anyone knows how to do this, I'd be very appreciative.
Why, yes they are. While I never understood the jokes, because of the language, the laughs were enough to give me my own chuckle.
They mean legit, drivable vehicles. I found one in The Great Swamps. It's a big truck, like the death truck from SHoC, but without the big tent and bars over it. Precisely where it's at, think around the big watch-tower. Then, when you look at the abandoned trailer thing, look slightly to your right, and walk as far as you can. You should come upon a big truck.
To answer your question easily; Basically, the NEW CoC is a separate file all together, it doesn't "install" anymore, you simply save it, and it will go straight to downloads, or if you save as, it will go to wherever you save it to. Now, in order to update your game, simply download the newest patch, it simply being the top thing. Download, and it should be in your downloads folder. If it's a WinRAR, and you have .zip, simply right-click and choose archive, there it shows all supported file types on .zip, choose .rar and open it, then highlight all of the files, and extract them to downloads. There, you will go into the file, look for bin and database folders, copy them, and paste them in the CoC folder, don't paste them into the separate folders themselves, considering they're the same thing, so when you paste them into the CoC folder itself, it'll ask you to replace the files. Say yes to all. There you have it, that's as detailed as it gets.
Hi, it's me again! I just wanted to know, if the factions you've white/blacklisted on the list of changeable factions can be re-added. I was messing around with it a while ago, but never really saw anything happen. So I just wanted to be double-decker-pecker sure that it IS in fact possible. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
Sincerely,
Dignitias
Wow, so in a way, it's kind of like Call of Pripyat, except much more complex! I like this idea.
Wait, is that 12 in game years, or legitimately 12 people years.
One more question, I twiddled with the relations, making Bandits and Monolith Neutral, as well as making Bandit and Freedom allied, I just want to know, do the colors of the names change? Or do they stay the same?
I made it so that Monolith are now changeable. I always imagined if that Monolith was defeated, they'd become a regular faction, that everyone was skeptical about, so they have to prove themselves as a regular faction. Thanks for mentioning how to do this! I love your work, Doc. Keep it up!

Thank you so much! I could kiss you right about now! Mwah from me! Stay Cheeki Breeki~ ᕕ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ᕗ
Yea, hi, I was wondering if you could assist on the points and stuff on the relation.ltx file, for, I would LOVE to tweak these things, giving my game an extra edge, basically, I have an idea what most of these do, I just hope you can maybe send me an email, describing what the separate sections do.
It would be cool, if behind the curtains, they were making plots...secret plots against, or for other Stalkers. Say maybe, they "thought" you killed Fanatic, and wanted to take revenge for their fellow Loner. So they planned to assassinate you.
OY BLIN CYKA BLYAT.
Okay, something's not right, when I downloaded this before, it worked fine. Now, when I download it, it says it has a Trojan, what the hell's going on?
It's meant for testing, not to actually use in a real walkthrough...unless you're dirty cyka like me.
If I were you, I'd just get the TORRENT, it's all there in one place, so it's more manageable.
The words I have can't describe how excited I am right now. I could just explode into a ball of Shashlik, then that ball of shashlik would explode into Vodka.
I would love to know, is survival mode working in the currently released version? If not, are you guys going to fix it in the 1.4 version? It would make me very happy if you guys could, I've always wanted to try it out.
I'm terrible with abbreviations, what would AA2 be?
It's great to see everyone working together to solve bugs, it makes my cheeki breeki heart glow.
Just wanted to know, if you've installed the game before, and are re-installing it, do you need to install the two programs from the installer as well? or can you uncheck those and continue with just installing the game?

I'm just wandering the vast plains of Chernobyl, searching for the next cheeki breekiest mod out there.
