They can do as you say. The key word is: CAN. They don't have to do so. It is not false advertising by the terms of usage. Oh, and of course not for people with IQ above 90.

I agree it would be false advertising. Would be. Tell me how do you imagine them uploading screenshots from Bannerlord? Specially that modding tools do not exist yet. You could say the other mods for Bannerlord are also false advertising here :>

They would be stupid not to benefit from unjustifiable Bannerlords hype. The guest is right. They already said it will be released for both games
