Whenever I install the mod it installs fine, however when it's over, it gives me a message saying "Deleted extracted files", the same is true for repairing files. The mod won't seem to install, or I'm a retard, any fix?

Um Hi i load New Horizons and it works fine (except for some missing textures here and there) but when i left the fort in Hoist The Colors! all the buildings where gray after i talked to the guy in the tavern and went to sea the sea was black please help!
