I think when the dev compleat all unit (include fix major bugs) for 4 fraction and finish translation

So far there is 2 plan for new unit lines: use old C&C games or act by fans, and translation work about this part already ongoing.

About unit demos, idk if dev plan to make it, but most of the new unit got their own lore, like the original RA3, maybe some days they will be translate as well.

The "Blitzkrieger" also have a discuss in translation team, but not yet decide keep it or change it. Talking about why a CE unit having German name, it because the dev think it is the best translation so far when they making the trailer.

About the history lore, there is very little info about it, but I can tell there is still WW1, and British Mark 1 still the frist tank in Corona time line.

There's some, but each at diffrent tech level now.For example, Harbinger Gunship and Future Tank are now tier 4 units, which mean you need more times to unlock them.
