Freedom Fall

Game review

The high reviews on here are more than justified. Freedom Fall is a real gem of a game. The concept is simple, avoid the various obstacles as you cascade down a number of very tall buildings. It might hark back to a time where games were simpler, but don't let that fool you into thinking that the graphics are 16-bit quality. They are big, bright and colourful, and it looks fantastic. This is a prime example of Steam dragging their heels and generally messing up the Greenlight process.

So many lesser titles have made it through that route, while games like Freedom Fall, Rush Bros., WIMP, Non-Flying Soldiers are not given the limelight they so richly deserve. Don't hang about for Steam to give this game the go-ahead, get it now. Considering the price, I am quite happy to buy this again on Steam, if they pull their socks up. In the meantime, if you are a fan of quality games in general, vote for it on Steam. It's an absolute joy.
