You need to put this exactly in the set launch options under the properties of the game in the steam library. This works for me on all my mod.Best of luck. MODPATH=Mods/Imperial_Civil_War

To install in steam all you need to do is make a mod folder put the mod in there and then change the launch options under properties to(MODPATH=Mods/yodenMod)and it will work perfectly.

It is really hard to update when nobody is seeding. I think you should still put up the patches until the user base grows more on the auto-updating. I just sat here for 3 hours and only got 128Mb out of 600 something. That isn't cool.
I use windows 7 64bit. It just crashed during a campaign battle right at the end of it. Their was less than 1000 units on the field. They were running I was just using artillery. So upset right now. I was so close to having Paris.
I have played most of them but generally I play the germans vs russia. I did try lowering my graphics it still CTD with custom battles but it doesn't have issues with the campaign battles which has me crazy confused as to why.
I have a gtx 680 with 2gb,8gb corsair vengeance ram and a i5 3570k. I am very confident the problem is not my computer. All I have done is custom battles because of crash issues with the campaign in previous iterations.
Still crashes on battles. It last longer, I can actually play the battle for 10 mins but still CTD.
My launcher still says 5.1.1
as follows:
Move all the Great War files into the Napoleon data folder, including the select files I wanted from the Options folder.
Next, download the Napoleon mod manager from here: Twcenter.net
Then, extract the three files it downloads with into a New Folder. Run the exe. and UnCheck the "Show all pack types" box. Only check the "Great War" boxes, then Launch.
The main menu has the correct music and sounds now, the flags are correct, and the campaign loads.

There really needs to be another update, some info would be great right now. Keep up the great work but it just sucks majorly being left in the blind like this only to have a group of ***** make pointless assumptions to try and make us mad. Once again though best luck with whatever is currently holding back the upload.
I have played every version waiting like a starving puppy for scraps with each release. I am above and beyond excited about this, thank you all so much for sacrificing so much effort and time to bring such a wonderful and often forgotten time in history. This is so much more than a game, it is a waking consciousness to all those we have lost and forgotten in the great war. Thank you from the biggest history nerd on here. I am sure I will be blown away by whatever comes next.

i can't wait for this mod. i actually bought crysis because of it. Jurassic park was a huge part of my childhood, looking forward to to running from raptors myself haha. keep up the kick *** work.
