Yes, it will. I've already tested it. My friend and I can create our own servers and join them.

How do I exactly need to install this mod?

>What would you all like to see?

My suggestions:
1. The recoil from Battlefront Extreme (BFX) mod (players can't correctly "feel" the weapon they use without any recoil. Also, the proper recoil makes each weapon kinda "unique").
2. The weapon damage from BFX (with the vanilla damage, enemies are literally bullet sponges (yes, even headshots are almost useless)).
3. Graphical effects from BFX and/or other mods (e.g. when the player is hit, or some explosions, etc.).
4. New or updated HUD (health bar, stamina bar, mini-map, etc.).
5. New crosshair.
6. New weapon sounds (from JKO-JKA, SWRC, BFr2004, BFr2015 or/and BFr2017).
7. New lightsaber fight combos for Heroes/Villains.
8. Some co-op features would be great, too.

Classes, maps or vehicles are also welcomed, but I personally believe
that the all new content you wanna include in DD won't work fine without any combat fixes (recoil, etc.) or SFX additions. It never did in other mods that used the "vanilla combat", too, IMO.

Think about it.

>implying that addition of the R-1 characters to the SWBF3-styled mod is normal and mixing the Legend chars with the canon ones is a great idea.

As I remember, the original idea of the Battlefront III Legacy mod was to make SWBF3 on the SWBF2 engine by using assets ripped directly from SWBF3. THAT'S ALL.
And now the creators of the mod are trying to include non-SWBF3 elements to their project that just don't fit the SWBF3 lore. For what idiotic purpose? To show us their modding skills? You're joking, right? It just won't work until you're a brainfucked.

But why am I even explaining this to some western shitheads? 90% of them can't even stand the first 3 episodes because of the stupid nostalgia about the original trilogy. They can see the objective flaws of the 1-3 episodes (and I support them in it), but cannot find any cons the original trilogy made (if you can't see them, it doesn't mean there is literally no flaws in those films).

That disney rogue **** doesn't belong to the original BF3 (even if it is just a remake).
You told us you're gonna use only the BF3 materials (+ some BF2 updates), but not the chars/maps/ideas from disney dirty feminist canon (no one will care if you like it or not).

I'd like to play this awesome mod, but I can't do it, because I just can't install it. Let me explain myself.
In the "readme" file you said that all I need to do is to copy and replace all the files in the RtCW folder. So I followed the instructions and copied all the files from the archive of GOLD version of your mod to the game's folder, replacing everything it asked. However, when I launched the game, nothing has changed in the game itself. In the options there is no any mod.

So, could you, please, explain me how to make this mod working?

Additional info: I'm using the Steam version of the game with no mods in it.
OS: Windows 8.1.
Version of your mod: RTCW VENOM GOLD.

I played this mod a little, and I should say it's ******* amazing, man! I have never seen so many features that made the game look like it was meant to be.

BUT.

CyberP, don't you think that the playthrought has become TOO HARD? I mean, e.g., in the 7th version the enemies can hear on the distance of 1 ******* kilometer how you jumped off from the stairs.

Can you please make something like DISABLING the mod's AI difficulty that you've created? Optional, of course. I (and many of my friends) would prefer to face enemies in your awesome mod with the "eazy" difficulty from the original game than on your updated difficulty.

I cannot understand how to instal this mod. Should I just extract it in game folder or what?
